The Opportunity 

As a Regional Sales Director at Archive360, you will be responsible for driving sales of our enterprise software solutions, focusing on Data Management, Data Integration, Data Analytics, and Information Lifecycle Management solutions to Fortune 1000 companies. Your primary duties include: 

Responsibilities 

As a Regional Sales Director at Archive360, you will be responsible for driving sales of our enterprise software solutions, focusing on Data Management, Data Integration, Data Analytics, and Information Lifecycle Management solutions to Fortune 1000 companies. Your primary duties include: 

  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities within the designated territory. 

  • Develop and maintain a robust network of contacts within the enterprise customer base. 

  • Utilize structured sales techniques throughout the entire sales cycle, from initial identification to business development and successful deal closure. 

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective delivery of solutions and customer satisfaction. 

  • Perform high-level sales planning, leading to accurate forecasting of the business. 

  • Engage a programmatic approach to demand to generate, develop, and expand your territory. 

  • Generate volume opportunities to deliver a predictable book of business and drive revenue to meet and exceed targets. 

Qualifications 

The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications: 

  • Proven track record of successfully selling enterprise software solutions, with a focus on Data Management, Data Integration, Data Analytics, or Information Lifecycle Management solutions to Fortune 1000 companies. 

  • Extensive network of contacts and a demonstrated history of selling to enterprise customers within the designated territory. 

  • In-depth experience with structured sales techniques, showcasing expertise in identifying, qualifying, and closing opportunities. 

  • Preferable experience with Open Text InfoArchive or other archiving products such as JIVS, Solix, Informatica, IBM Optim. 

  • Sound understanding of the structured data archiving and application retirement business.  

 

Required Skill/ Qualifications 

  • 10+ year experience of consistent overachievement selling into Fortune 1000 in the most highly regulated industries. 

  • Strong communication and presentation skills. 

  • Ability to understand complex technical concepts and communicate them effectively to potential clients. 

  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills. 

  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. 

  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills. 

  • Highly professional team player with the ability to work independently, while being part of a dynamic team. 

  • Knowledge and understanding of on-premises and cloud enterprise software deployments. 

  • A solid grasp of a variety of technologies that include development languages, tools, web-based technology that could be involved in an Archive360 solution. 

  • Strong analytical, technical and problem-solving skills. 

  • A background in electronic communications enterprise information archiving, capture, surveillance and eDiscovery is a plus 

  • The Regional Sales Director works remotely from a home office setting and must be available to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory, including overnight. 

Education 

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
