Responsibilities- Design and maintain software applications and databases
- Design of logical schemas, diagrams and logical sequences specific to project requirements
- Use IDE tools to write and maintain code modules
- Configure, test and maintain the code base assigned
- Offer technical assistance to the users that work with the developed tools. Prepare the User Documentation
- Train the users by maintaining the documentation
- Train the users through practical demonstrations and presentations
- Develop knowledge bases that are specific to IT field
- Keep up with the current topics that are specific to the current technologies and methodologies by reading books, magazines and electronic documentation
- Collect, structure and analyze the information
- Create technical reports
- Help the other team members to access the information
- Ensure the optimum performance and usability of the hardware equipment
- Help maintain the equipment good condition by strictly following the usage instructions and by reporting any defects / malfunctions in due time
- Maintain the good performance of the software components by complying to the procedures related to protection against the informatics viruses
- Maintain the software configuration
